Sea moss is nature’s collagen, with amazing emollient properties that hydrate and soothe the skin, promoting a healthy, youthful appearance. It rehydrates the skin because of its high mineral content, leaving the skin silky and smooth. Vitamin K present in sea moss helps with keeping skin’s elasticity intact and promoting collagen production. This helps to plump your skin, smooth out wrinkles, diminish dark circles and bags under the eyes, tone, and fight the signs of aging. Sea moss also helps treat several other skin disorders like sunburns, rashes, eczema, and psoriasis.
Our sea moss soap is excellent for all skin types, from your hair to intimate areas and all ages, from babies to adults. Each soap is approximately 4.5 ounces.

Discovered BGV at the 2021 NYC Vegandale Festival and loved how simple and natural the ingredients were. I bought 1 unscented hot process bar as well as well as the Sisal exfoliating bag and fell in love. I have really sensitive skin that breaks out with fragrances, colorants and a bunch of other ingredients in most soaps, so finding a brand that makes unscented, minimal ingredient soap that doesn’t strip my skin and leaves it feeling moisturized has been a life changer. I made a second order of more sisal bags (this was my first intro to sisal bags and they glide on my skin better than wash cloths or loofas) and tried the cold process soaps and they were just as effective. The cold process bars lasted longer but effectiveness wise you can’t go wrong with either one. I’m on my third purchase with BGV and am buying in bulk. My partner has psoriasis and was using my soap instead of his because he found it to be more gentle, so he’ll get his own bar this time. Lastly, BGV’s customer service is really great. I wanted to repurchase soaps but what I wanted was out of stock so I reached out. They got back to me quickly, and they’re sending out an order for me this week. So happy I found them!

This soap has had such a positive impact on my family’s skin health. My daughter suffered from severe eczema when she was a baby. We tried everything for about a year and nothing worked until we came across this soap. It moisturized my daughter’s skin and completely rid her of scarring and itchiness. My entire family recently had eczema irritation due to a change in our water. We have seen an almost immediate change for the better after using the sea moss bars.
